The Cloud Stinger 2 Core is basically the Stinger 2, but without the cup rotation and with a smaller pair of drivers that are 40mm in diameter. Now while the Core model is definitely "cheaper" due to the changes, that doesn't automatically make it an inferior product. It comes in a single color which is gunmetal gray with black dash. HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Core 3 Since they share the same branding, this means that the Stinger 2 series follows the design elements of the Cloud III - right down to Country Email List its connector design. I'm not entirely sure that the perforated fabric panels are the same size, but so please don't quote me. Instead, it supports the mute function and comes with its own windshield from the factory.
There's no built-in control for the microphone though - you do get it for output via the volume control wheel. HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Core 6 The cable is also non-detachable, but that's to be expected at its price point.
